<br /> So you are the Mayor of a spiffy city and you need to brag a bit and let the Sims know that you love your city as much as they do. Wel now you can add a beautiful big Arc over the entrance AVENUE to your city.
<br />
<br />Like the previous one you will get a nice UI full of handy information. This installation will also update the Industrial Entrance and fix a small graphic issue with the overlays.
<br />
<br />NB ... you are getting TWO entrances in this package but you do need to download the Industrial Entrance if you want that one functional, this installation only updates the lot file of the Industrial Entrance.

<br />Please check the BSC Textures by GeoffHaw because he does update them from time to time to include new Textures.
<br />
<br />I hope you enjoy this Entrance and have fun with your Simcity ...

<br />The ZIP File includes a HTM file that contains a list of most of the BSC Team's Props.

<br /> UPDATE: ... Fixed a problem with the UI and the hover Query ... Read the Readme ... you can delete the old lot once you have replaced it in all your cities.

<br />This is the first in a collection of Entrances that I did for my cities. I am sharing this with you and specifically those of you that like to make your cities look good.
<br />
<br />It is an Entrance Beautification structure to use on an AVENUE only and I use them to indicate the entrance to my Industrial Area.
<br />
<br />This isNOT mere EYE CANDY ... the lot also does some great things for your economy. To top it off ... there is great UI with a lot of handy city information... thanks to Deadwoods for that one.
<br />
<br />You will find the lot in your Miscelaneous Transport Menu.
<br />
<br />This lot will deploy a BETA version of the CSX BAT Props Volume 09 .... so it is important that you allow the INSTALLER to do it's thing ... later lots may update this Props Pack for you.
<br />
<br />The Installer will also install a Prop LINKS list for you in the My Documents folder as indicated in the Readme. This Prop Links is of all the current recorded BSC Prop Packs so if you see something in the Readme then you can get to it fast with this Prop Links Page.

<br /> This is a plopable Fuel Station that sits over a GROUND LEVEL HIGHWAY. It is based on the type of establishments that we have here in South Africa.
<br />
<br />The lot is TRANSIT ENABLED for Highway and on the edges it is TE for ONE WAYS ... it works better if you have the NAM so that you can give access to the lot. If you don't connect the ONE WAYS to the network the lot will die because the Sims cannot reach the jobs.
<br />
<br />In the CSX Rural Utilities you will find a small Generator and Spring to provide power and water to this lot.
<br />
<br />The lot is BTE and will contribute to BSC Rewards. It is in your Misc Transport Menu.
