这家是铁了心做中产了啊,从没见过出R$$$的

由香港发展商恒隆地产发展的君临天下,是一项豪华住宅项目。项目由三座住宅大楼组成,提供1,122个单位,三座大楼均高度达255米,位于整个香港机铁九龙站发展计划(Union Square)的南面,拥有最佳观赏维多利亚港的位置。

First of all, it is recommended to unzip the entire content of this ZIP into some archive folder where you keep all building versions, readme, and screenshots, and maybe even back it up onto a CD or an external HD together with your other SC4 stuff. This way, if you need to clean your HD and reinstall your OS, you can simply copy the stuff from your backup archive into your plugins folder instead of having to download all plugins anew.

That said, in order to use this building in game, I suggest you first go to your plugins folder and make a sub-folder for Buena Vista Towers.

Then, simply copy the .sc4model file(s) (the actual building model) plus the sub-folder(s) of whatever version(s) you'd like to use into the newly created The Arch folder.

To uninstall a version you don't like after it has grown in your cities, first bulldoze all instances of that version in your cities, then save the cities and exit. Now you can safely remove the version without running any risk to experience crashes or any other inconvenience.

Introduction / Overview
Tai Yuen is yet another massive residential complex made up of three phases. The three phases are separate BATs and offer many options and possibilities. They will look good both next to each other and as individual buildings, and have been lotted and modded to be as useful and flexible as possible.

This download contains Tai Yuen Phase 1, a block composed of two orthogonally oriented towers on a joint base. The base section features a parking garage entrance towards the road, and a nice glass lobby towards the back. Phase 1 houses 4,932 R$$ sims (8,345 R$ when dilapidated).

The following lots are included:

Growable R$$
Growable R$$ with transit-enabled parking garage entrance
Landmark with transit-enabled parking garage entrance
Special features of the Tai Yuen set:


Modular layout - the lots have been designed in a way that several Tai Yuen lots plopped or grown next to each other will blend into each other seamlessly; footpaths leading to the edge of one lot will continue on the next lot without a break or disruption. Phases 2a and 2b feature this connectivity at their left, right, and back sides, Phase 3 on its left and right side. Two Phase 1 lots grown or plopped back to back connect visually to the sides of phase 3 and the sides and backs of phases 2a and 2b.
For convenient plopping in view of transit connection options, the landmark lots have been equipped with the patented TrafficMarkTM technology ( ;) ) which will highlight transit-enabled tiles while you have the lot on your mouse cursor. See where that parking garage entrance will be and adapt your construction site accordingly before you plop!
All landmark versions feature individual custom icons that are grouped conveniently together (unless other custom buildings happen to interfere) and labeled properly. In addition to this, the description texts (icon hover queries) will tell you the most important things you need to know.
The landmarks are intended to be the centerpieces of popular residential districts, so they have been modded to provide an additional park effect (which affects residential zones) rather than only a landmark effect (which affects only commercial zones).
You can use as many or as few lots as you desire, there are no conflicts.
In total, the entire Tai Yuen set is composed of no less than 14 lots!
For reference screenshots and application examples, please don't hesitate to look at Bixel's HK/Asia Residential Showcase on page 10. Please note that the pictures posted there show early pre-release lots.

Dependencies
Since Maxis failed to include even some of the most basic all-purpose textures, I'm afraid there is one dependency.
You will need the BSC Textures MEGA Pack for the parking garage entrances to show up.
There is also an entirely optional eye-candy gimmick: I added the spiffy light cones included in the PEG MTP Mountain Theme Pack. If you don't have this pack, the lamp posts will show the regular Maxis light auras, so you don't really miss much.
My advice is: If you have the MTP Theme Pack anyway for one reason or another, enjoy. If you don't have it, don't bother downloading it only for these light cones, relax and enjoy nonetheless. ;)

插件说明:
这个是Metro City 2的一个娱乐区,是中国香港一个巨大的复合式住宅。这个住宅大到21X6,以至于它不得不被分为两部分(译者注:下面包括全部的两部分,分为两个文件夹,你可以单独选择你想要的一部分,不过最好还是两部分都要)。你也可以将它们制作成一些新式的复合楼。

现实中,Metro City 2是这个区域中3个复合住宅之一,至少有4个房地产项目与其相邻。这是荃湾区目前最大的住宅商业发展区。Metro City 2有6800个单元分布在11座44层的塔楼,它们建立在一处风景区。这些塔楼的高度为137米,整个工程于2000年完成。该项目由DLN Architects & Engineering这个公司完成,包括Henderson Land Development、Heng Tat Construction Co. Ltd、Xinhua Stone Materials Co., Ltd等公司也参与了工程的建设。

注意:原楼分两部分,这里已经将两部分放在一起。

VictoriaTowers

Introduction / Overview Location: Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong

Standing 70 storeys tall above Kowloon Park, The Victoria Towers offers the most prominent luxury highrise homes in downtown Kowloon. Rocco Design Ltd served as architect for the threetower mixed-use project, which was jointly developed by Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd, CITIC Pacific Ltd and Hutchison Whampoa Ltd.

The site of The Victoria Towers is located at the junction of Austin Road and Canton Road — two major thoroughfares that meet at the Western side of the Kowloon Peninsula. A residential and retail development was planned for the site and, given the traffic along the two corridors, the project team decided to create a large introduction for the podium shopping mall.



This is a 3 Model Piece, meaning two towers (T1, T3) are props and the main middle tower is the main. I did this so LOT Editors can move the towers around to make new configurations. Perhaps later I may do a better rendition of the foundation to the specs of the real building and have it is one whole complete model, but right now I offer 3 for customization. These towers are very very tall and may look funny standing alone.

All growable lots will grow on dense residential zoning in the Euro tileset only. To make a continuous zone of the required size, hold the [CTRL] key while zoning. If the grid lines are turned off, turn them on for zoning by pressing [G]; this will make it easier to count the tiles. I made this LOT to grow specifically, so in order to insure its growth I made this a 4x10 LOT rather than a default 10x4 which would have been spoiled by several 3x4 and 4x4 buildings.

Introduction / Overview
Tai-Pan Terrace is a regular growable R$$ building that houses 3,382 sims. Its design is based on the previously uploaded "Chelsea Court" residential complex from Hong Kong. This tower is the result of me bugging bixel long and persistently enough with my request for an individual tower instead of huge mega-lots....

The working title of this BAT used to be "T Wrecks Tower" because bixel made it as per my request and wanted to leave it to me for upload on the STEX. However, I found it rather odd to have a tower with my ST nickname in game, so that I decided to name the tower "Tai-Pan Terrace" instead. This name is my personal little tribute to the writer James Clavell, who wrote several novels which had Hong Kong as their setting, one of them titled "Tai-Pan". This Chinese word was originally coined for important Western businessmen who did business in the former British crown colony Hong Kong. Clavell's novels (a recommendable read, btw!) were my first connection with Hong Kong, and my involvement in the HKABT is the second - so I thought: "Why not combine both?" What you see here is the result, and I do hope you will like it! :)

On a more technical note, this building is intended as a contrast to the huge multi-tower complexes, and a back-to-the-roots experience. This means regular lot size, regular growable, no dependencies, no extreme figures. Lot-wise, I went for a simple, sleek and modern approach that would hopefully recreate the impression of a brand new building. There is some nice detail behind this simplicity, but you'll have to look close...
In total, you will find the following versions:

transit-enabled growable R$$ (default US road texture)
transit-enabled growable R$$ (Euro road texture)
This means that depending on which road texture set you use in game, you can choose the version that integrates with that set seamlessly.

A small reminder concerning transit-enabled growables: The garage entrance should connect to the road in front of the building automatically, or you can connect it manually. In any case, the road connection is merely a visual gimmick and doesn't influence the functionality of this building.
Another point to keep in mind is that once a transit-enabled lot has grown, it will not be overgrown or split automatically. I don't see this building popping up too much, but due to its lot size it could easily be split in two 3x3 lots and get overgrown. Thus, the transit-enabling feature should not become a problem, but rather help you to keep a "Tai-Pan Terrace" once it has grown. Otherwise, it's bulldozer time... ;)

Based off of a real buildings in HK from photo reference I presentyou with Tin King Estate! A public housing estate (Chinese: ????) is ahousing estate in Hong Kong mainly built by the Hong Kong HousingAuthority and the Hong Kong Housing Society.

About half of HongKong residents now live in public housing estates and other towerblocks with some form of subsidy. Rents are cheaper than ordinaryhousing, and are heavily subsidised, financed by financial activitiessuch as rents and charges collected from car parks and shops within ornear the estates.

They are usually located in the remote or lessaccessible parts of the territory, but urban expansion has put some ofthem in the heart of the urban area. Home Ownership Scheme flats,unlike the public housing estates, are sold to the owners at discountedprices.
