Description: I imitated this 16-storey condo from real-life buildings in Muang Thong, Bangkok. In game, the height is close to Copur Apartment but the size is much bolder. It's stage 7, R$$ with 2,500 residents (or 4,500 R$ when deteriorated). There are 2 Lot formations attached here -- 5x4 and 5x6, not much decorated. So, feel free to tweak them.

Luxurious canal mansions at the Herengracht. From the left to the right: 286 (?1720/30), with an open balustrade with statues in Louis XIV style. This house was demolished in 1922 for an office building. The balustrade was replaced on the garden house, which is still there. 284 (1728), known as "Huis Van Brienen" (the "Van Brienen House"), called after the last family who lived in the house. Both interior and exterior (Louis XIV style) hardly changed over the years. Sunset Terrace Apartments is my first BAT that has actual night windows. After some troubleshooting and aggravation I finally got them to work. This building uses Goldiva's custom nitewindow textures so a big thank you to her. Cerulean's (sp?) base lot textures are also used in this lot. Also, this is my first growable lot. It has the attributes of a standard R$$ lot. Just zone a 3x4 area where R$$ demand is high and it should pop right up.
